We hope you will join us this month in reflecting and celebrating Richard’s twenty years in veterinary practice!

 

Richard graduated from Liverpool university in July 2003. He worked at a number of different practices including two university veterinary hospitals before returning home to the Northwest. 

 

In 2009 he opened Hollybank Veterinary Hospital and has since gained a wonderful client community and some very grateful patients! This has grown recently to include Hollybank Veterinary Clinic in Winnington.

 

This year, Richard’s hard work and practice ethos led to the wonderful achievement of  becoming one of three finalists for the ‘Petplan Veterinary Practice of the Year’ award. 

 

Throughout Richard’s career he has completed extra studies in veterinary anaesthesia and holds advanced practitioner status in this area. He also has particular interest in pain management and oncology. On a day to day basis, Richard really enjoys getting to know people and their pets. We know his experience, support and kindness are not only appreciated by his clients but by the whole Hollybank team.
