We are delighted to now welcome clients back into our Sandiway Hospital. After almost 18 months of COVID restrictions, working remotely and seeing clients in the car park, it is a great relief to have everyone back! With easing of restrictions, a slightly reconfigured reception and the majority of our staff double vaccinated, we are able to move to the next phase and back to near normal.

We are happy for clients to come into the waiting room or to wait outside, but we ask that you let us know when you have arrived, either in person or via the intercom. We encourage everyone to wear a facecovering if they can and to sanitise their hands on arrival. We request that all clients that are able to wear a facecovering do so when in the consulting rooms, and ideally request only one client attends with their pet whenever possible.
