COVID-19 – Delivery Update 19/4/20
In an attempt to keep to a minimum the number of clients attending the hospital and to assist as much as possible those needing to isolate, several weeks ago we introduced a daily delivery service for food and medications. I am pleased to report that many clients have made use of this service and we have been able to help deliver lots of vital medication.
In order to maintain this free service to our valued clients we are going to deliver to areas on a set timetable. We will continually review the service and keep you updated with any changes. As ever, we will always be able to help those in need so please do call 01606 880890 if you have any concerns about your pet.
Delivery days and postcode areas:
Monday – CW8 1, CW8 4, CW9 5, CW9 6, CW9 7, CW9 8, WA4 4
Tuesday – CW8 2, CW8 3
Wednesday – CW6 0, CW6 9, CW7 1, CW7 2, CW7 3, CW7 4
Thursday – CW8 2, CW8 3
Friday – WA6 6, WA6 7, WA6 8, WA7 3
– We will need to confirm which safe place you would like us to leave the meds/food as the aim is not to have contact when we make a delivery
– We will knock/ring when we make delivery so please ensure someone is home to receive the medicine and that we have the correct mobile/contact number
– All food and medication needs to have been paid for over the phone before we can deliver
By encouraging our clients to use this free service we are reducing the amount of contact and helping in the fight against COVID-19.
Currently clients can still collect if they wish or we can post out at the usual charge of £7.50 p&p.
