Cuddington Nursery Visit
Where possible, Hollybank Veterinary Centre like to get involved in local primary school visits. Most recently, we visited Cuddington’s Nursery class who had been learning about animals. We talked to them about what vets do and one of their teachers kindly volunteered to dress up in a surgical gown, mask and gloves!
As always, the main attraction’s were Marmite and Marmalade, our resident guinea pigs. The Guinea Pigs are always very good with the children; they squeak on queue and enjoy being fed hay! The children in turn were very gentle when handling them and loved giving them a fuss.
It is always a pleasure to be involved in the visits but even more so after lovely thank you cards from the classes. Here is our most recent!
